Shipping policy

At PressLab, we are committed to delivering high-quality DTF transfers and custom prints quickly and safely. Please review our shipping policy below for details on processing times, delivery estimates, and important shipping information.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Processing time may vary depending on:

  • Order volume
  • File readiness and approval
  • Product type (gang sheets, transfers by size, or custom apparel)

If there is any delay due to artwork issues or high order volume, we will notify you by email.


2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within New Zealand and to select international destinations.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Delivery location
  • Selected shipping method

Any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.


4. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or peak seasons.

New Zealand Orders

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days
  • Express Shipping (if available): 1–2 business days

International Orders

  • Standard International: 7–21 business days
  • Express International (if available): 3–7 business days

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.


6. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

PressLab is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping cost.
